East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Tohoku Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) will improve the convenience of the free Expressway measures that are being implemented to support the temporary home return for the reconstruction of the lives of evacuees from the warning area due to the nuclear accident. Therefore, we decided to issue a new card to the target person, we started accepting card applications sequentially from December 22, 2017 in each municipality, and we have issued a card. Thanks to everyone's cooperation, as of June 24, 2018, the usage rate of the Furusato Return Passage Card in Fukushima Prefecture has reached approximately 92%.
Until the end of June 2018, it was possible to pass by presenting a disaster certificate etc. from before, but from 00:00 on Sunday, July 1, 2018, it will be completely switched to passing by card. .
Those who do not have a card will continue to accept applications, so please apply at the local municipal office in Fukushima where you lived at the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
- You can also download the application form for using the Furusato Return Passage Card from each tollgate in Fukushima Prefecture or from the NEXCO EAST Corporate Website dedicated page.
