[Metropolitan area departure plan]
One round trip between the IC in the metropolitan area departure area and the IC in the Tohoku excursion area and the Expressway in the Tohoku excursion area for up to 3 or 4 days unlimited!

In addition, you can use (1) outward trip (IC in the metropolitan area departure area → IC in the Tohoku excursion area), (2) in the Tohoku excursion area (all you can ride), (3) return trip (IC in the Tohoku excursion area → departure from the metropolitan area Please note that it is necessary to drive in the order of (IC in area).

Below is one round trip between the IC in the North Kanto departure area and the IC in the Tohoku tour area, and the unlimited Expressway in the Tohoku tour area for up to 3 or 4 days!

6 Cancellation method

As with the application, please cancel from the NEXCO EAST website “DraPla” or “DraPla Mobile”.

(Note) 1 Cancellation is not possible after using the service.
(Note) 2 If you do not have a usage record that is eligible for the “2016 Tohoku Sightseeing Free Pass”, it will be considered that the contract was canceled at the time of application.

7 Terms of use

Use your application of ETC credit card or ETC personal card, of "3. available section" in ETC Expressway please use.

8 Benefits

(1) Special services for tourist facilities

A printout of the "Application Completion Email" sent after applying for the "2016 Tohoku Sightseeing Free Pass," or a customer applying from a mobile phone will see the "Application Completion Email" screen on tourist facilities, accommodation facilities, and rental cars. You can receive benefits such as rate discounts and gifts of local special products if you show it at the office of your company.
