NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) is a two-lane section (one lane on each side) between the Yamagata Expressway Tsuruoka Interchange (IC) and Tsuruoka Junction (JCT), as well as the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Tsuruoka Nishi IC and Shonai Airport.
