About implementation of road closure

The Noshiro River National Highway Office (Noshiro City, Akita Prefecture) and the Towada Management Office of NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture) are located at the Akita Expressway Odate Kita Interchange (IC)-Kosaka Kita IC tunnel. Due to regular equipment inspections, etc., we will carry out nighttime up/down line closures as follows.

Due to this suspension of traffic, this section will have to bypass general roads.
Expressway to the customers of our system. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

* Tohoku Expressway Kosaka IC-Igarigaseki IC is open all day.

5 Construction content

We will inspect the mechanical and electrical equipment of the tunnel and repair the section line (lane mark).

In case of bad weather or if there is a possibility of bad weather, we will make a decision on whether or not to close the road, so please contact the following.
