Joban Expressway is a Expressway about 350km starting from Tokyo and passing through Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki and Fukushima prefectures to Sendai city in Miyagi prefecture.

Established in 1945, the whole line opened on March 1, 2015, in 1969.
