NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) is responsible for road repair work between Yamagata Expressway Shonai Asahi Interchange (IC)-Tsuruoka Junction (JCT) and Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Tsuruoka Nishi IC-Sakata Minato IC. In order to do so, we will carry out continuous traffic closures during the day and night as follows.

Expressway This work is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  1. Yamagata Expressway Shonai Asahi IC-Tsuruoka IC (upper and lower lines)
  2. Yamagata Expressway Tsuruoka IC and Tsuruoka JCT (upper and lower lines)
    Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Tsuruoka Nishi IC-Sakata IC (up/down line)
  3. Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Sakata IC-Sakata Minato IC (upper and lower lines)

4 Construction content

For 1 and 2, we will carry out road repair work and bridge inspection.
At 3, we will perform switching work to the detour due to the new main line tollgate.

5 Information provision

It will be light rain, but it will be postponed if there is a possibility of heavy rain.
In addition, the decision to implement the road closure will be made at 17:00 in the evening before the implementation.
