- NEXCO EAST 7th New Menu Contest "Miyagi/Fukushima Block Qualifying" will be held!

NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Nex-area Company Limited Tohoku Branch (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) target 11 restaurants in service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) in Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. NEXCO EAST 7th New Menu Contest "Miyagi/Fukushima Block Qualifying" will be held.
The chefs of 11 restaurants will put their skills into action, and the top two products (the highest and the highest awards) will advance the pieces to the "final competition" to be held in Tokyo on March 7, next year.
On the day, Keiichiro Otsu, director of the Eiwa Institute of Japanese Cooking Technology School, acted as the judge's head, and the judges included two women who were recruited from general customers in Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures. A total of 9 people will perform the examination.
Also, the 11 works this time will be sold at each SA/PA restaurant from Monday, January 21, next year, so please enjoy them.

By adding various arrangements to the traditional ingredients and menus of the hometown, the theme of this time is to have you enjoy the traditional dishes that are transmitted to the local area from a new perspective and rediscover the taste of the hometown.
