1 How to apply
(1) Application by phone

ETC card or ETC personal card using Tohoku reconstruction tourism support pass- ETC corporate cards cannot be used.
- We will ask you for the ETC card number and start date of use, etc., and create a usage application form at our company. We will fax or mail the application form containing the necessary items to the customer along with the terms and conditions of use. Please confirm the contents of the application form and terms of use before using.
(2) Application at the toll gate office
- Please fill in the necessary items on the application form provided at the toll booth office located in the six Tohoku prefectures managed by NEXCO EAST and apply.
- It cannot be accepted at the toll gate office of the Smart Interchange and Joban Expressway Soma Interchange.

2 Reception deadline
Telephone (if you wish to receive the application form etc. by fax): Until Friday before the start of use
Telephone (If you wish to receive the application form by mail): Until Wednesday before the start of use
Toll booth office: Before use
- If you apply by phone, we cannot accept Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Please note that the Tohoku Reconstruction Tourism Support Pass must be applied in advance.

- For use for 2 days from Saturday, May 19th to Sunday, May 20th

3 Target products

Applications can only be made by phone.- Both plans can still be applied via the Internet.
