NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Koranashiyama-Kuroishi Onsen Village Activation Council (Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, Chairman: Masaki Niwa), the lead secretary of this campaign, are offering Kuroishi to customers using Expressway. We will hold "Koarashiyama-Kuroishi Onsenkyo ETC Limited Highway Service Campaign 2010" so that you can enjoy the area with great value.
In this campaign, you can receive discounts and nice benefits at inns, tourist facilities, and famous stores in the Kuroishi area, and you can win luxurious prizes by participating in the stamp rally.
Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, is the gateway to the west of Lake Towada and Mt. Hakkoda, and is a treasure trove of hot spring villages where you can experience a rich atmosphere.
Please enjoy the charm of Kuroishi by using this campaign.
"Doratoku" is a collective term for services provided by NEXCO EAST Tohoku Branch for the local community to enjoy the drive to customers who use expressways.

2 Usage
(1) Discount on accommodation charges
When staying at a ryokan, simply say "ETC" at the time of booking or show the ETC card at check-in to receive discounts and special benefits at participating ryokan.
(2) Discount on charges
You can receive discounts and special benefits by simply showing your ETC card when paying at participating day-trip bathing facilities, tourist facilities, and famous stores.
(3) Stamp rally
If you apply by stamping the stamp of the participating facility on the stamp rally mount in the brochure, you will receive the following benefits depending on the number stamped.
[Stamp rally privilege (lottery after the campaign period)]
- Course A (for those who have won 5 or more stores)
- 20 people will be presented with an assortment of Kuroishi sweets
- B course (for those who have won more than 8 stores)
- 20 people will receive a "Hot Spring Tour"
("Hot Spring Hot Spring"...Kokeshi Kakeshi on the wall with 3 bathing tickets at 6 sponsored inns) - C course (for 10 or more stores)
- Co-sponsored restaurant meal ticket (3,000 yen equivalent) will be presented to 10 people
- D course (for 15 or more stores)
- 3 people will receive a pair accommodation voucher of the desired sponsored accommodation facility
3 Participating facilities
- All 20 locations (16 inns, 1 dining room, 3 tourist facilities) in the Koarashiyama/Kuroishi Onsenkyo area
- All 23 locations (23 stores) in the Kuroishi city area [according to the attached brochure “Participating Facilities”]
4 How to get the brochure
Brochures can be obtained at service areas and parking areas in Aomori, Iwate, Akita, and Miyagi prefectures. Please drop in when using the Expressway.
- The stamp rally mount is printed on the pamphlet, so please cut it out.
- NEXCO EAST website "DraPla will be published in mid-May in the Tohoku region information".
