NEXCO EAST Joetsu Management Office (Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture) will hold an award ceremony for the top winning works such as the Best Award and Excellence Award at the "11th Joshin Etsu Painting Exhibition" on November 3 (Thursday / holiday). It will be held at "Joetsu City Civic Plaza".
This is the 11th time this event has been held. The purpose of this event is to let elementary school students who will be responsible for the next generation along the Expressway under the jurisdiction of the Joetsu Administration Office know the wonders of drawing and the importance of having dreams. In addition, it is a painting exhibition that aims to deepen interest and understanding of Expressway projects.
This time, we received 751 entries from elementary school students in Joetsu City, Itoigawa City, Myoko City, Shinano Town, Kamiminai District, Nagano Prefecture, and Asahi Town, Toyama Prefecture. Thank you very much for your application.

   • Of the 50 selected works, 17 children (17 children from 13 schools) who are the creators of the Encouragement Prize or higher will receive a certificate of commendation from our Joetsu Administration Office.
   • We will take a group photo of the award-winning children.
