NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Niigata Airport Niigata Travel Interchange (IC) ~ Arakawa womb not clear The IC (upper and lower lines) will be closed at night due to pavement repair work on the two-way section.
When you go out, please leave with plenty of time and take a detour to National Route 7.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as the closure is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
