2. About detours
It takes about 15 minutes from Niigata Airport IC to Seiro Shibata IC, but it takes about 20 minutes under normal traffic conditions when using National Highway No. 7 (Shinshin Bypass).
It takes about 20 minutes from Seiro Shin-Taina IC to Arakawa-Taina IC, but it takes about 45 minutes under normal traffic conditions when using National Highway No. 7.
