NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) and Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai City) are located at the E49 Ban-Etsu Expressway Aizuwakamatsu Interchange (IC) -Niigata Chuo Junk John (JCT).
