NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) offers Dorawari "Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass" with discounted Expressway toll for ETC vehicles such as ordinary cars and light cars-Hokuriku area departure: Niigata tour plan- Will be released from Thursday, June 28.
In cooperation with the Niigata Prefectural Tourism Association, we also offer special benefits for over 100 tourist facilities.
From summer sightseeing such as sea bathing and fireworks festivals to autumn vacation seasons such as autumn leaves and hot springs, it is a great deal that you can fully enjoy a drive trip of Niigata from the Hokuriku region, so please use it.
1 Usage period
Of the target period (*) from July 6, 2018 (Friday) to December 3 (Monday), a maximum of 3 consecutive days regardless of weekdays or holidays.
(*) Except for the Bon festival period from August 10 (Friday) to August 20 (Monday), all periods are applicable.

5 Notes on use
- This product is not applicable if you do not use the ICs in the same "arrival / departure area" for both outbound and inbound routes.
- If you go beyond the tour area, the toll outside the tour area will be charged separately. However, if both the entrance and exit toll gates are outside the tour area, you will be charged for the travel charges for all sections of the trip, even if you pass through the tour area.
- This product will be applied if you use an IC in the "departure area" from an IC in the "tour area" (outward trip) even once during the period selected at the time of application. The full amount of this product will be charged even if you only use the outbound journey.
- Depending on the flight segment, day of the week, and time of day, those who use the regular ETC discount may have lower Expressway tolls.
- The smart IC may have a limited usage time.
- Please be aware that you may not be eligible for the discount if you drive in the following examples.
* This is not applicable because you boarded from the Tsuruga IC outside the departure and arrival area.
* Applies if you board the Fukui IC in the departure and arrival area.
