NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) and Nexeria East Niigata Branch (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will start from March 19th, 2016 (Saturday) in the spring of the "Dora (Doraku) Bento" series "Special Niigata Bento" (980 yen: tax included) will be released.
Based on the concept that Niigata's food is "focused" and Niigata's food is "Toton", this lunch box is packed with local dishes such as Niigata rice and salmon roasted.
Please enjoy the new dora bento as a companion for spring vacation and travel.

Introduction
We have seasoned two types of rice from Niigata Prefecture, known as one of the most famous rice regions in Japan, soy sauce rice and edamame rice.
"Nanban miso" with edamame rice is characterized by its refreshing spiciness and can be enjoyed as it is or with rice.
For the simmered dishes, we use maitake mushrooms from Niigata Prefecture, as well as mochi and silk pods that have a chewy texture to create a colorful finish.
In addition, the contents are rich with local foods such as “salmon no yazuke” and “sasa dango” that have been popular in Niigata prefecture for a long time, and local sauce “Tarekatsu” in Niigata city.
Please take this opportunity to savor the "Famous Niigata bento" that is particular about Niigata's ingredients and local cuisine.
