NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata City) is the Expressway traffic within the jurisdiction of this Regional Head Office for 11 days from April 28, 2011 (Thursday) to May 8, 2011 (Sunday) during Golden Week this year. I have summarized the situation, so let me know.

The longest traffic jam during the period was the traffic jam of approximately 15km due to traffic congestion that occurred on the Joshinetsu Expressway (In-bound line) on Tuesday, May 3.
