In order to support emergency transportation from the northern area of the prefecture to the Niigata Prefectural Shibata Hospital, which is a critical care hospital, as an "Ambulance exit" (exit only) between the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Seiro Shibata IC and Nakajo IC, We have installed an ambulance passage and one gate.
The "Ambulance exit route" is installed for use by emergency vehicles such as ambulances, and ordinary vehicles cannot be used.
