NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office Yuzawa Management Office (Yuzawa Town, Minami Uonuma District, Director: Kazuhiko Haruyama), assuming a traffic accident in the Kanetsu Tunnel on the Kan-Etsu Expressway (extension of about 11 km), will cooperate with other related organizations. In order to respond promptly and accurately, we will carry out the "Kanetsu Tunnel Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Drill" as follows.
Due to this training, the Kanetsu tunnel (In-bound line) will be closed for 30 minutes.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is an important training to ensure the safety of our customers in an emergency.

(Training in the clay barrel PA is supposed to be done in the Kanetsu tunnel.)
