NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Nishi-ku, Regional Head Office length: Yoshio Shiraishi), the Kan-Etsu Expressway in Ojiya Interchange other 6 interchange, for carrying out a such as equipment inspection of ETC equipment, will be closed the ETC lane in the following schedule.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1 Closing points and schedule
It will be closed at 6 interchanges including Ojiya interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway.

2 Construction overview
This ETC lane closure will be implemented due to the inspection of ETC equipment and the renewal of the equipment installed in the ETC lane.
3 ETC Lane Closure Information
- We will present a closing notice signboard etc. to each toll gate.
- We will inform you on the road traffic information homepage of NEXCO EAST (DraPla).

- If you cannot use the entrance ETC lane
At the entrance toll booth, be sure to stop at the general lane and receive a pass. Also, at the exit toll booth, stop once in the general lane and hand the ticket and ETC card to the toll booth staff.
For ETC midnight discount and commuting discount, the tollgate staff will handle the discount processing at the exit tollgate. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask you to let us know that the ETC lane was not available at the exit toll gate.
If you cannot apply at the exit toll booth, please contact NEXCO EAST Customer Center. Please note that if you do not request, the ETC midnight discount and commuting discount will not be applied.
- If you cannot use the exit ETC lane
Please be sure to stop at the general lane at the exit toll gate and hand your ETC card to the toll gate staff.
ETC midnight discount and commuting discount will be automatically applied when you use the ETC lane at the entrance for ETC driving and meet the discount conditions. (There is no need to request at the exit toll gate.)
