NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata City, Regional Head Office president: Yoshio Shiraishi), we have been constructing ETC lanes at the Hokuriku Expressway Nakanoshima Mitsuke Interchange (IC) and the Kan-Etsu Expressway Nagaoka Interchange (IC). We will inform you of the start date and time.
With this expansion, there will be three toll gates in Niigata Prefecture that have multiple exit ETC lanes, including the Niigata Nishi Daiichi Toll Gate, which is in operation.

- Please slow down the ETC lane to 20km/h or less and drive slowly within the lane.
- The ETC lane has 2 lanes, so please be careful when crossing vehicles before and after the lane.
