NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be implementing night-time closures to carry out pavement repair work at the ramps at Kamariya Junction (hereinafter referred to as "JCT") where the E16 Yokohama Yokosuka Road (hereinafter referred to as "Yokoyoko")'s In-bound lanes merge into the Yokoyokodo Kanazawa Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Kanazawa Branch"), and where the Kanazawa Branch merges into the Yokoyokodo's In-bound lanes.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

Due to damage to the pavement at the Kamariya JCT ramp flowing from the Yokoyokodo In-bound Line to the Kanazawa Branch Line (toward the Metropolitan High Bay Line) and from the Kanazawa Branch Line to the Yokoyokodo In-bound Line (toward Tokyo), pavement repair work will be carried out.
The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out construction under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the ramp and carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramps on weekday evenings when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

3. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
