NEXCO EAST At the Chiba Management Office (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture), E51 Higashi-Kanto Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Higashi Kanto Province") In order to conduct joint disaster prevention drills (hereinafter referred to as "disaster prevention drills") at disaster prevention bases (hereinafter referred to as "disaster prevention drills") in the Well Parking Area (hereinafter referred to as "PA") (Line In-bound), we will restrict the use of part of the parking space. Disaster prevention drills will be conducted after the commercial facility closes, so there will be no change in business hours.

2. About restrictions on the use of parking spaces
As part of the parking lot will be used for disaster prevention training, the parking spaces in the restricted areas shown below will not be available for use. 3. About disaster prevention training
In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake, where Expressway rest facilities were used as termination bases and relay points for related organizations such as the Self-Defense Forces and fire departments, NEXCO EAST has developed rest facilities with functions that can be used by related organizations in the event of a disaster. has been established and is being operated as a disaster prevention base. This time, at Shisui PA (In-bound line), which is one of our disaster prevention bases, we will conduct a joint training exercise involving related organizations on how to operate the disaster prevention base in the event of an earthquake directly hitting the Tokyo metropolitan area.
