NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) closed the ramp for pavement repair work at the E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter "Kan-Etsu Expressway") Honjo Kodama Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). will be carried out.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time when you go out.

1. 1. Closing location and date and time

2. Detour

Please refer to the diagram on the right for detours.

  • Route 462 from Kodama/Fujioka direction to Honjo Kodama IC entrance is as indicated by the blue arrow. Route 462 Honjo city/Isesaki direction ⇒ Turn right at the entrance of Honjo Waseda Station ⇒ Turn left at Yomota Jyutaku entrance ⇒ Turn left at the second traffic light ⇒ Nishitomida (South) Turn left ⇒ Route 462 towards Kodama/Fujioka ⇒ Go to the Honjo Kodama IC entrance and proceed toward your destination.

If you detour as shown on the right, it is expected to take about 7 minutes (usually 0 minutes).

3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the road surface at Honjo Kodama IC on Kan-Etsu Expressway, pavement repair work will be carried out. The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to work with the ramp closed.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the ramps at night when there is little traffic, and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

Four. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

  • Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
  • A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
  • On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
