At NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), the entrance ramp of the Hoshikawa Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on the E83 Yokohama-Shindo Road Out-bound Line will be closed at night to carry out pavement repair work and reverse run countermeasure work. .

2. Detour

When detouring, please use the Hodogaya Bypass Shin-Sakuragaoka IC entrance as shown below.
As indicated by the 　blue arrow, it will take about 21 minutes (usually about 7 minutes) if you detour via Hotokecho Route 102, Kawashima Iwama Route, and Kanjo Route 2.

• Please note that if you use the Fujitsuka IC, you cannot go to Totsuka.

3. Construction overview

At the entrance ramp of Hoshikawa IC on the Yokohama-Shindo Road Out-bound Line, pavement repair work will be carried out due to damage to the road surface, and countermeasure work (road markings, color pavement) will be carried out to prevent reverse driving Expressway.
The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to work with the ramp closed. In order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
