NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) will be closed at night to take measures against reverse running at the entrance ramp of the E16 Yokohama Yokosuka Road (hereinafter "Yokosuka Road") Konandai Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). I will carry it out.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

   Every day from 21:00 pm to 4:00 the next morning

   March 10th (Thursday), 14th (Monday), 15th (Tuesday), 4th year of Reiwa

   Every day from 21:00 pm to 4:00 the next morning

2. Detour

Refer to the figure below for detours.

• If you detour the Yokosuka Konandai IC ⇒ Hino IC as shown by the blue and light​ ​blue arrows in the figure below, it will take about 8 minutes (usually about 2 minutes).
• If you detour the Yokosuka Konandai IC ⇒ Asahina IC as shown by the orange arrow in the figure below, it will take about 12 minutes (usually about 4 minutes).
• If you detour the Yokosuka Konandai IC ⇒ Kanazawa Branch Line Horiguchi Nokendai IC as shown by the pink arrow in the figure below, it will take about 14 minutes (usually about 4 minutes).

Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3. Construction overview

At the entrance ramp of the Konandai IC on the Yokoyoko Road, we will carry out reverse-way driving countermeasure work (road marking, color pavement), pavement repair work, and planting work in order to prevent reverse-way driving accidents on the Expressway.
The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, so it is necessary to close the ramp and carry out the work. Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
