This transfer was repeated due to repeated driving that did not follow the traffic method specified by the road company, such as breaking through the ETC lane, so East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Kanto Regional Head Office, Metropolitan Expressway Co., Ltd. and Central Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. Tokyo Regional Head Office, Hachioji Regional Head Office (hereinafter referred to as the "road company") jointly reported to the Police Agency, which led to the transfer.

Road companies have been working on measures such as installing illegal traffic surveillance cameras so as not to damage the trust of customers in the toll road business, but this time, the suspect was sent to the toll road.
