Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kan-Etsu-Tomei) Main Line Tunnel (Southbound) Regarding the ground surface depression that occurred near the construction site, a ground survey was being conducted around the depression site, and a new site was conducted on Saturday, November 21st. I confirmed the cavity inside.
We would like to inform you that the "Tokyo Gaikan Tunnel Construction Review Committee, Expert Committee" will be urgently held by experts.
There is no briefing because it is held on a rotating basis. The results will be announced on the website at a later date.
