NEXCO EAST Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway At the management office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture), from E14 Tateyama Expressway (hereinafter "Tateyama Road") Futtsu Chuo Interchange (hereinafter "IC") E14 Futtsu-Tateyama Road (hereinafter referred to as "Tomikan Road") We will close the road at night for maintenance and repair work and inspection of road structures at the Tomiura IC.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

1. Closed section and date and time

  • The rest facilities within the closed section will be closed as follows.
    Fudatemichi Highway Oasis Furakuri 20:30pm-5am the following morning
  • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
  • We will inform you of the implementation decision on Twitter etc. around 17:00 on the day.

2. Detour

Refer to the figure below for detours.
If you make a detour via Route 127 between Tateyama Road Futtsu Chuo IC and Tomitate Road Tomiura IC, it will take about 50 minutes (usually about 25 minutes).
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.

3. Construction overview

Tateyama Expressway Futtsu Chuo IC-Tateyama Expressway Tomiura IC will be closed at night for repair and inspection of continuous tunnels, bridges and other road structures. To avoid inconvenience to our customers, we will close the road on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently.
This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

    The highway radio section is indicated by signs on the Expressway.

    Road traffic information can be obtained from VICS-compatible car navigation and other on-board devices.
  • Information is also distributed on the official Twitter account.
