NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) E82 Chiba-Togane Road (hereinafter "Toganedo") Noro Parking Area (hereinafter "PA") In the In-bound line, we have been making barrier-free and remodeling sidewalks since last year. We will also be closing the PA at night in order to carry out pavement work for barrier-free areas.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can check the available rest facilities before you go out.
1 Closed place and date
(1) Closed location: Toganedo Noro PA (In-bound)
- Attached to each line E82 The display such as shows the route number (numbering) of Expressway.
(2) Date and time
- Implementation date: May 18th (Mon) to 19th (Tuesday) 2020 each year 21:00 pm to 5:00 pm the following day
- Preliminary days: May 20 (Wednesday) to 21st (Thursday), 25th (Monday) to 28th (Thursday) May 2020 pm to 5:00 am the next day
- In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- The decision on the construction will be made on Twitter at 16:00 on the day.

3 Construction overview
Toganedo Noro PA has been working to raise the pavement of the parking lot to make it barrier-free since last year, but it is also necessary to raise the pavement of the entrance ramp to match the parking lot. Since the lamp has one lane and the width is narrow and construction cannot be done by normal lane regulation, it is necessary to close the PA and work.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the PA at night on weekdays when the usage rate is relatively low, and will carry out the work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting
- We will post posters and leaflets at toll booths and rest facilities in the surrounding area.
- Post banners on overpass bridges on Expressway.
