NEXCO EAST Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Management Office and Kisarazu Construction Office (Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture), the provisional 2-lane section (1 lane on each side) E14 Tateyama Expressway (hereinafter "Tateyama Road") Futtsu Chuo Interchange (hereinafter "IC") E14 Futtsu-Tateyama Road (hereinafter referred to as "Futatemichi") At the Tomiura IC, four-lane construction and maintenance work will be carried out at night to close the road.

2 Detour
Refer to the figure below for detours.
If you make a detour between Route Futtsu Chuo IC and Tomitate Road Tomiura IC via Route 127, it will take about 55 minutes (usually about 25 minutes).
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
Also, please be careful when using National Route 127, as there are some areas with a narrow width.
3 Transfer adjustments due to suspension of traffic
For passengers who temporarily flow out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic, bypass the suspension section, re-inflow and transfer in the forward direction, we carry out "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the section used. I will. ([ Attachment [PDF: 50KB] 】reference)

How to use transit adjustment
<< ETC customers >>- Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".
4 Construction overview
Tateyama Road Between Futtsu Chuo IC and Tomitate Road Tomiura IC, we will carry out construction and inspection for 4-lane project and maintenance of continuous tunnels and bridges. To avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will carry out construction work intensively and efficiently by closing roads on weekdays during low traffic hours.
Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
5 How to obtain traffic information

- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
