NEXCO EAST Takasaki Management Office (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture), E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Kan-Etsu Expressway") Shibukawa Ikaho Interchange entrance (from Niigata direction) (hereinafter "IC") for carrying out the pavement repair work at the lamp, it will be carried out at night closure.

1 Closed place and date
(1) Closed place: Kan-Etsu Expressway Shibukawa Ikaho IC entrance (from Niigata) ramp

2 Detour
Refer to the figure below for detours.
The entrance from the Niigata area cannot be used during construction, so take Route 17 ⇒ Route 291 ⇒ Route 17 To Tokyo Please use the entrance from.
If you make a detour as shown below, it will take about 20 minutes.
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Kan-Etsu Expressway Shibukawa I Ikaho IC entrance (from Niigata area) ramp is repairing pavement because the road surface is damaged. There is only one lane to carry out this work, and it is necessary to close the lamps before starting work, as the work cannot be done under normal lane regulations.
Therefore, in order not to inconvenience our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps on weekdays during the night when traffic is light, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
