NEXCO EAST Misato The management office (Misato city, Saitama prefecture) is open on the night of February 21 (Wednesday) and 22 (Thursday), 2018. C3 Gaikan Expressway (“Outer Ring Road”) At the entrance ramp of Oizumi JCT, the lamp lane will be closed at night due to repair work on the damaged pavement.
