We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture), from November 30th (Monday) to December (Monday) in order to carry out pavement repair work with the inflow ramp of the Kan-Etsu Expressway Kawagoe Interchange (IC) Out-bound line (toward Niigata) From 20:00 on each day of the 2nd (Wednesday) to 6:00 the next morning, the Kawagoe IC Niigata area night entrance will be closed (3 nights).
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by closing the entrance at night, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

2 Detour
Kan-Etsu Expressway Out-bound If you use the line (for Niigata), please take the detour (1) to Higashimatsuyama IC or the detour (2) to Tsurugashima IC. Detour (1) and detour (3) are routes using Route 16 and Route 254. Detour ② and Detour (4) are routes that use Route 16, Route 299, and Route 407. It will take longer than usual due to the detour from Kawagoe IC, so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Kan-Etsu Expressway Kawagoe ICC lamps are undergoing pavement repair work as pavement deterioration is progressing.
Since this work involves a series of operations such as "pavement removal and pavement pavement" for narrow roads, it is necessary to close the inflow ramp.
Therefore, in order to minimize the impact on customers, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light and carry out the work intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that our customers can use our products safely and comfortably.
4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information on lamp closure- Notice signs, posters, etc. will be posted at the Kawagoe IC and surrounding rest facilities.
- The banner will be posted on the overpass of the Kan-Etsu Expressway, which is an ordinary road connecting to the Kawagoe IC.
- On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
