NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo), "Snowy road experience drive lesson" is held at Joshin-Etsu Expressway "Saku Ski Garden Parada" directly connected to Sakudaira Parking Area (PA) To do.

Snowy experience

In order to improve our customers' snowy road driving skills, you can experience a free drive lesson on a special course with an instructor (professional driver) on board to give lectures on points to note when driving on snowy roads.

The event

Local mascot characters along the Joshinetsu Expressway and our original PR character for winter road "Dr. Mammoshi" also participated. There are lots of fun projects! Please join us.

Implementation content
  • On a special course (20 m wide x 80 m long frozen road surface), drive each of the vehicles equipped with normal or studless tires (for normal riding) prepared by the Company, and use the Experience the difference in behavior. Before driving, the instructor (professional driver) will give lectures on points to be aware of when driving on snowy roads, and also take a lesson by riding while driving.
  • A talk show will be held by the instructor (12:00 to 12:30), and a winter driving one-point lesson will be provided by JAF. (Held at any time in the booth)
  • The original character "Dr. Mammosi" who is promoting the company's winter road campaign excites the event, and local characters along the Joshinetsu road will also participate.
  • We will exhibit a panel exhibiting our efforts to drive safely on the winter Expressway.
  • We will exhibit patrol cars etc., so you can ride freely.
