1 Congestion prediction
(1) Trend of traffic congestion
Congestion in the Tokyo metropolitan area this time is predicted to have peaks on the Out-bound line on Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4, and peaks on the In-bound line on Saturday, May 4 and May 5. Will be done.

3 Customer Service Initiatives (Countermeasures against congestion)
