NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) manages Kan-Etsu Expressway, which is under construction to remove "Otagaya No. 2 Bridge" across Kan-Etsu Expressway. There was a property damage accident in which the tires of two moving passenger cars were damaged when the pieces dropped to Kan-Etsu Expressway.
This will not cause any personal injury.
