(Fourth Report: Final Report) Cancellation of Lamp Closure Due to Disaster at Hinode IC on Ken-o Expressway

NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) closes the C lamp (outward flow ramp) of Ken-o Expressway (Ken-O Road) Hinode IC at 23:00. Released in minutes.

This closure was due to the collapse of the surface of the cut slope on the side of the acceleration lane when flowing into the Expressway main line (Ken-O Road) from the relevant ramp, and therefore, at 21:23 on September 4 (Sun). It was carried out from the minute. As soon as the emergency restoration work was completed and safety was confirmed, we closed the closure.

There is no personal or physical damage to customers due to this collapse.
