NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) is currently under construction between Joshin-Etsu Expressway (Joshinetsu Expressway) Komoro Interchange (IC) and Saku IC. Chubu Odan Expressway ( We will carry out nighttime traffic closures to build a bridge at Saku Komoro Junction (JCT), which connects to the Chubu Crossing.

The Saku Komoro JCT is scheduled to open at the end of this fiscal year, along with the section to the Sakunan IC on the Chubu Crossing Road, where the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is conducting business.

2 Detour

The time required for the Joshinetsu Expressway Komoro IC to Saku IC (10.8km) is usually about 10 minutes, but if you use the detour route, it will increase by about 10 minutes, so please take time to go. Please refer to Attachment 1 [PDF:296KB] for detailed detour routes.

3 Construction overview

We will carry out the bridge construction work between the Komoshinetsu Komoro IC and the Saku IC to connect the Chubu Crossing Road.
