NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) manages the Gaikan Expressway from the floor slab of the Gaikan Expressway Tohoku Line overpass on the JR site that intersects with the JR Tohoku Line and Keihin Tohoku Line. A piece of concrete that was thought to have fallen was discovered.
No accidents such as injuries or property damage have been confirmed.
We carry out emergency inspections to ensure safety.
