Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and NEXCO EAST has been promoting the development Ken-O Road section from Tsukuba center of (Ken Odo) (center) IC (interchange) to Tsukuba JCT (junction), extended 4.3km is April 24 Opened at 15:00.
