NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length: Shinichi Ishikawa) is, welcome the opening on March 15, Kita-Kanto Expressway (nickname: Kitanoseki (Bukhansanseong)) widening the opening of the Moka IC from Utsunomiya Kaminokawa IC In order to publicize to our customers and locals and promote their use, we will hold "Kitakan Kaitsu Pre-event in Sano" on February 23 (Sat) and 24 (Sun) in the Tohoku Expressway Sano Service Area.

In this event, locals wishing to make the opening of the community an opportunity for regional development, Tochigi Prefecture and municipalities along the railroads will conduct PR for tourism, etc. "Kitakantsuna Girls" will be released for the first time, and will perform lively cheerleading.

Gift of "Original Goods Commemorating the Opening of Kitaseki" (limited to the first 100 people on both days)
In addition to the "presentation of ETC card" in the "Kitakan Kai quiz rally" booth at the event venue, those who asked "What did you see (listen to) by listening to" this event? We will present a commemorative limited original goods.
"Kitaseki Kaitsu Rally" (first 300 people on both days)
A "quiz rally" on the opening of the Kita-Kanto Expressway will be held at the booth displaying panels and posters on the Kita-Kanto Expressway inside the event venue.
Anyone can participate, and all those who answered correctly will receive a "Kitaseki opening commemorative hand towel" as a gift.
"Kitakantsuna Girls"
A team of cheerleading teams that was newly formed to publicize Kitaseki, which will be opened one after another in Gunma, Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures this spring. Members will make an open call for participants, be selected after documents selection and practical skill selection, and make their debut after thorough practice.
