NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Shinichi Ishikawa Regional Head Office President) closed Kuroiso PA (In-bound line) from September due to pier installation work accompanying the new construction of (tentative name) Kuroiso Interchange. During the period of closure, we set up a new convenience store (open 24 hours) as a "building the foundation" aiming to improve the service level, we also carried out a refreshing construction of the toilet, and now we are reopening. It will be announced.
1 Date of opening (renewal opening)
Thursday, December 20, 2007 10:00 am (open 24 hours)
The PA will be closed until the opening (reopening). Please note that you cannot enter the parking area until the reopening.
(Please do not wait for entry on the shoulder of this track, as it is extremely dangerous as it may cause a rear-end collision with a following vehicle and violates the Road Traffic Act.)
2 Convenience store

- We provide various public utility billing services that can be used 24 hours a day and enhance convenience by installing bank ATMs.
3 Toilet refresh
NEXCO EAST is implementing the following measures to provide customers with clean and comfortable toilet space under the "Toilet Refresh Plan".
- In addition to promoting Westernization of Japanese-style toilets, we have added a heating function to the Western-style toilets that takes into consideration the cleaning function and the cold weather in winter.
- We have eliminated the steps on the floor in the toilet so that anyone can use it with peace of mind.
- In addition to renovating to a bright washroom to create a clean space, we also installed one automatic faucet for hot water.
- A multi-purpose toilet is equipped with a cot and an auxiliary toilet seat for infants, making it more convenient for people with disabilities and those with children.
4 Opening event

With this reopening, the pier construction within Kuroiso PA will be completed with the construction of the (tentative name) Kuroiso Interchange. We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers while the PA is closed.
In addition, we plan to build the Kuroiso Interchange Hashige in the spring of 2008. We will inform you again about the traffic regulation and PA closure due to the construction of the bridge girder as soon as the construction plan is finalized, so we ask for your continued understanding and cooperation in the construction of the (tentative name) Kuroiso Interchange.
