NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length: Shinichi Ishikawa) and Trans-Tokyo Bay Highway Co. (Ota-ku, Tokyo, President: Aono Toshihito) is, December 15 (Sat) - 16 (Sun.) "Aqualine Cantabile" will be held in the Umihotaru parking area for two days. This is to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway Tuesday, December 18th.
"Aqualine Cantabile" is a group of 10 artists who gather in the Umihotaru parking area over two days and perform live with various musical instruments. We will deliver Christmas songs and love songs that celebrate the 10th birthday of Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway, with a focus on birthday songs. In addition, a "talk show" will be held with Tetsuo Nakanishi and Mayumi Ono as guests, with the theme of "Telling thoughts and connecting thoughts" in connection with the Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway that connects Chiba/Kisarazu and Kanagawa/Kawasaki.
Also, on Saturday 15th, along with guest Tetsuo Nakanishi, we will hold a "Birthday Party with 10-year-old children" inviting 10 10-year-old children living in Chiba or Kanagawa prefectures. We will hold an illumination ceremony of the sea firefly illumination, in which the characters of "10th Anniversary" vividly appear on the mast. We are also looking for children to participate in the "10-year-old children and birthday party".
In the future, we will continue to maintain and manage convenient, safe and comfortable Expressway, as well as holding events that customers can enjoy.
