NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office length Shinichi Ishikawa), the (tentative name) for the pier installation work associated with the construction of new interchange Kuroiso Kuroiso PA (Out-bound but had been closed from May the line), this We would like to inform you that during the closing period, as a "foundation" aiming to improve the service level, we newly installed a convenience store and refreshed the toilets, and we are reopening this time.
The convenience store will be opened for the first time on a Expressway in Tochigi prefecture, and business hours will be changed from 12 hours to 24 hours.

The parking area (Out-bound), which is currently closed, was scheduled to be closed until August 3, but we decided to open it on July 27, as construction proceeded smoothly.
It will be closed until the opening (renewal opening). Please note that you cannot enter the parking area until the reopening.
(Please do not wait for entry on the shoulder of this track, as it is extremely dangerous as it may cause a rear-end collision with a following vehicle, and it is against the Road Traffic Law.)
2 Convenience store

- We will set up a souvenir corner in the shop to prepare products with regional characteristics.
- At the eat-in corner (17 seats), we offer light meals such as udon, soba, ramen, curry, and other conveniences that are a bit different from conventional convenience stores. (Offer time from 6:00 to 20:00)

- We will provide various public utility billing services that can be used 24 hours a day and enhance convenience by installing a bank ATM.
3 Toilet refresh
NEXCO EAST has made the following efforts under the "Toilet Refresh Plan" to provide customers with clean and comfortable toilet space.
- In addition to promoting Westernization of Japanese-style toilets, we have added a heating function to the Western-style toilets that takes into consideration the cleaning function and the cold weather in winter.
- The steps on the floor in the toilet have been eliminated so that customers can use it with peace of mind.
- A multi-purpose toilet is equipped with a cot and an auxiliary toilet seat for infants, making it more convenient for people with disabilities and those with children.
- We have renovated to a bright washroom to create a clean space.
4 Opening event
- The first 240 people will receive a gift as a gift.
- We will carry out a discount sale for 3 days after opening.
This reopening will complete the pier construction of Kuroiso PA (Out-bound line) following the construction of the (tentative name) Kuroiso Interchange. We apologize for the inconvenience to customers while the PA (Out-bound) is closed.
The In-bound line of the PA will be closed from the beginning of September, and the pier construction of the Kuroiso Interchange (tentative name) will be carried out in the same way as the Out-bound line. We will inform you of the closing time as soon as the construction process is finalized, so we ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.
