Ibaraki Prefectural Road Corporation (Kasahara Town, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Chairman: Masahashi Hashimoto) and NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo, Regional Head Office Director: Shinichi Ishikawa) are Hitachinaka. At the Hitachinaka Main Toll Gate, which connects the toll road (managed by the Ibaraki Prefectural Road Corporation) and Higashi-Mito Road (managed by NEXCO EAST), we were jointly constructing new ETC equipment. Now that the operation has been completed, the operation of the ETC lane will start as follows.

By operating the ETC lane at the Hitachinaka Main Line tollgate, customers using ETC will find it more convenient and comfortable to drive on the Hitachi Naka Toll Road and Higashi-Mito Road.

Keep a sufficient distance to the ETC lane, enter at a safe speed (20 km/h or less), and drive slowly on the ETC lane. Also, please be careful not to expire the ETC card or forget to insert it in the vehicle-mounted device.

In addition, the ETC lane may be operated in a mixed manner so that ordinary cars can also be used during traffic congestion such as during the GW period to ease congestion.

In addition, you can pay with an ETC card even in the general lane, so be sure to stop and hand the ETC card to the staff when using it.
