NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) will be offering the ``HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Freepass'' (abbreviated as Michitoku) discount, which allows unlimited Expressway rides for a fixed price, starting from 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15th. Sales will start.
We offer plans with different areas and prices from spring to fall (April to November) and winter (December to March) to suit customer usage trends. For details, please check the "Product Overview".

1. What is Dora Wari “HOKKAIDO LOVE!
This is an Expressway discount product exclusive to ETC vehicles that allows you to ride as many Expressway as you like in targeted areas within Hokkaido for a fixed price.
2. Available period
From 2024 to Wednesday, April 2, 2020
Products with different areas and prices will be sold from April to November and from December to March.
- We set suspension periods during traffic congestion periods.
Period A: April 1st (Monday) to December 6th (Friday) 2024
- The final start date for period A is Saturday, November 30th. Please note that applications cannot be accepted after December 1st.
B period: December 1 2024 (Sunday) to April 2, 2020 (Wednesday)
- The final start date for period B is March 31st (Monday). Please note that applications will not be accepted after April 1st.

Four. How to apply
Applications for Period A (2024 until the start of use on Saturday, November 30) will be accepted from 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15.
Before the start of use, please apply through "DraPla Please apply from the "Application Form" at the following website. Expressway You can also apply on the day of the event, as long as it is before the start of the "A" period.
The start date for accepting applications for Period B (2024 for use starting in December or later) has not yet been determined. As soon as it is determined, it will be announced on our website.

2. Win a catalog gift by lottery! Questionnaire gift
If you answer the questionnaire after using "Dotoku", a total of 100 people will be selected by lottery to receive a catalog gift "Hokkaido Seven Star Gift" containing Hokkaido's specialty products worth 4,000 yen.
This year, a total of 100 people will receive gifts, including 60 people who used Michitoku during period A and 40 people who used Michitoku during period B.

Plan fees will not be refunded even if the total tolls during the usage period are less than the Michitoku fee.
"Scenic Byway" is a combination of the adjective Scenic of landscape and scene, and Byway that means side road and twist road.
It is an initiative to create beautiful scenery, create a vibrant community, and create an attractive tourist space through cooperation between the local government and the local government, using the road as an opportunity. On each route, we are developing activities that are unique to each region, such as planting flowers and cleaning roads, maintaining scenic spots recommended by the region, and disseminating information. Currently, there are 14 designated routes and 3 candidate routes, and about 500 organizations are active. NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office is also participating in this initiative.
