　NEXCO東日本北海道支社（札幌市厚別区）は、札幌エリアの高速道路の一部区間で、令和6年4月1日（月）からETC車限定の新たな料金割引「通勤パス」を試行します。

　「通勤パス」は、多様化する勤務形態への対応と、通勤時間の混雑を避けて他の時間帯へシフトすることによる高速道路内の交通分散を目的に、事前申し込みの車種・指定区間内で、曜日・時間帯にかかわらず1日3回まで利用できる、割引適用時間の制限を撤廃した新たな料金割引です。

　令和6年3月1日（金）14時から先着順で各月500名のモニターを募集し、令和6年4月から12カ月間、指定区間のご利用月に応じた通勤パスを社会実験として販売します。
　また、今後、試行結果を検証し、平日朝夕割引の見直しを検討してまいります。

1. Commuting pass overview

• Enjoy up to 50% discount on designated sectors regardless of day of the week or time of day.
• If you specify the vehicle type and section in advance and apply, you can use the service for up to three trips per day for one month from the beginning of the month to the end of the month.

3. Discount details
   • If you purchase a commuter pass by specifying the vehicle type and sector in advance, you will receive the following discount for use within the specified sector up to three times a day.
   1. You can use the service up to the ``available amount'' for the vehicle type and designated area without any additional charges, regardless of the day of the week or time of day.
   2. If the cumulative amount of tolls for a month within the designated section exceeds the "available amount", you can use the designated section at a 50% discount for subsequent trips, regardless of the day of the week or time of day ( Tolls will be charged separately, with a 50% discount applied to the regular toll).
   • Even if your monthly usage is within the "usageable amount", you will be charged a separate fee for your fourth or subsequent usage within the same day (not eligible for a commuter pass).
   • Holiday discounts and late-night discounts are not applicable to usage that is covered by a commuter pass.
   • If you apply for a commuter pass, the weekday morning and evening discount will not apply to all Expressway use in the month of application, regardless of whether it is within or outside the designated section.

3. Recruitment period

• You can apply for all 12 months or just one month (if you wish to use the service for multiple months, you will need to apply for each month).

Four. How to apply

1. Please apply within the application period for each recruitment period.
2. To apply, access the "Commuting Pass" page on NEXCO EAST official website "DraPla", select the desired month of use, vehicle type, and designated section, and enter necessary information such as ETC card number. You must enter your information.
3. The procedure is complete when you receive the "application completion email".

Five. How to use

1. Please drive within the designated area using the vehicle type you applied for within the applicable period.
   • お申し込み完了後、登録したETCカードおよび車種で、高速道路の入口および出口料金所をETC無線通信によりご走行ください。
2. ETCレーン走行前には、事前に登録したETCカードが車載器に確実に挿入されていることや、正常に車載器が稼動していることをご確認のうえ、時速20km以下の安全な速度でご走行ください。
