NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City) will be adding 30 new stamps from December 1st as a winter-limited stamp acquisition spot for the "Hokkaido Smartphone Stamp Rally 2023", which is being held from May 19th to March 20th next year. Add a location. The added spots are spots where you can enjoy going out in the winter, such as Hoheikyo Onsen in the central Hokkaido area and Nukabira Genkyo Ski Resort in the Tokachi area.
“Hokkaido Smartphone Stamp Rally 2023” is held with the aim of promoting driving tourism in Hokkaido, and more than 15,000 people have participated by October. This time, with the addition of stamp acquisition spots, you will be able to completely conquer all 300 locations along the road.
You can download a participation certificate by acquiring one stamp, and the collected stamps can be downloaded as a stamp book. Let's go on a journey to collect memories of winter Hokkaido!

“ScenicByway” is a combination of the adjective Scenic of landscape and scene, and Byway, which means side road and more road.
It is an initiative to create beautiful scenery, create a vibrant community, and create an attractive tourist space through collaboration between the local community and the government, using the road as an opportunity. On each route, we are developing activities unique to each region, such as planting flowers and cleaning the roads, maintaining scenic spots recommended by the region, and disseminating information.
