This is an Expressway discount product limited to ETC vehicles that allows unlimited rides on Expressway in 3 areas in Hokkaido for a fixed fee for 2 to 3 days.
Until last year, the popular plan "Hokkaido Winter Toku Free Pass" has been released in collaboration with "HOKKAIDO LOVE!". Please enjoy the winter in Hokkaido, which is full of the charm of nature, together with the winter benefits.

Five. How to apply

Applications will be accepted from 14:00 on Tuesday, November 8th. Please apply from "DraPla" before you start using it. You can apply even on the same day as long as it is before driving on the Expressway.

In addition, until November 17, 2022 (Thursday), you can use the Dora Expressway “HOKKAIDO LOVE! Please consider this as well.

User guide/Precautions

1. Example of advantageous use of "Winter Toku"​

On weekdays, if you make a one-night, two-day drive trip from Sapporo to Hakodate, the normal toll will be 13,910 yen. And 7,810 yen will also be profitable!

2. Precautions for use

1. The Expressway in Hokkaido during the winter season may be closed due to sudden changes in the weather and snowfall. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after the start of use of this product, so please check the weather information and traffic information carefully before departure. Cancellation is possible before driving on the Expressway.
2. If you drive beyond the target section of the plan you are applying for, you will be charged the normal fare in addition to the fare for this product for driving outside the target section. Please check the target section of the plan you are applying for.
3. If you apply for multiple plans in duplicate, you will be charged for multiple plans if you drive the target section of each plan even once. Please be careful when applying for multiple plans.
4. Even if the toll during the usage period is less than the "Winter Toku" fee, the difference will not be refunded. Depending on the distance and time of use, it may be cheaper to use the ETC discount than to use "Winter Toku", so please consider carefully before applying.
5. Before using the service, please check the information on the infection status of the new coronavirus and measures to prevent the Large of the new coronavirus sent by each local government before going out. In addition, please pay attention to your physical condition and take measures to prevent the Large of infection, such as refraining from traveling if you have symptoms of fever or cold.

3. Request for safe driving in winter
