NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Sapporo Atsubetsu District) is, Ryowa three years (2021) in April, E5 Do-O Expressway (MichiHisashimichi), E38 Doto Expressway (Doto Expressway) and E62 Fukagawa-Rumoi motorway (Shenzhen In some sections of Rumoi Road), we will close the road at night due to road surface repair work and facility inspections. When the road is closed, please leave with plenty of time and use the detour.
